This all-day workshop taught by Kopplin Kuebler & Wallace, Club Benchmarking, and the McMahon Group will be great for all levels of general managers and their board leadership. Attendees will spend the day covering four main pillars, as well as the best practices that support them on the evolution to club excellence and sustainability.
