Scott B. Fairbairn, CCM, CCE, is a seasoned private club executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, including nearly two decades as General Manager of Tampa Yacht & Country Club, in Tampa, Florida. During his tenure, he led all facets of operations for a premier, member-owned club while overseeing more than $23 million in capital improvements, strengthening governance, and driving sustained membership growth. Tampa Yacht and Country Club is a Platinum Club of America and Platinum Club of the World, as well as a Distinguished Club.
Scott is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style, fiscal discipline, and ability to guide clubs through complex change, including major renovations and crisis recovery. He is an active member of the Club Management Association of America, and Florida Chapter of CMAA, as well as a graduate of Widener University’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program.
